FreeCRM This is a full feature CRM package. you can use it for Free with limitation then move to the paid service or not.

Salesforce This is one of the biggest ASP CRM packages. It is very complete and you can track a sale from frist call to closing. It works very well for a sales force on the road or in difffrent location. If you are a non-profit you can ask for 10 seats for free. Otherwise you have to pay.
